✔It is especially great for toning and developing the lower body

✔Simultaneously, it also works on abs and arms

✔ Burns more calories per hour than running

✔ It can be done anywhere

✔ It engages and improves the hip-flexor muscles

✔ Awesome cardio vascular workout

Skipping is for all levels of fitness. Although for beginners I recommend learning the technique first (YouTube have lots of tutorials) and building up some cardio vascular endurance.

1. 1 Minutes Singles

2. 30 Seconds Right Leg

3. 30 Seconds Left leg

4. 1 Minute High Knees

5. 1 Minute Doubles (Advanced)


Repeat X 4 Rounds 

20 Minutes Total
